av98m SG It's actually quite cute. But ends up looking totally evil in my pictures. Maybe its the flash
Rhonda SG My day was spent watching the last episode of my Korean drama, then taking the tram down to the Jam Factory where I spent the rest of the day in Borders.
Rhonda SG I'm just relieved that I'm not the only one who doesn't know what 'tamari' is! My colleague passed me a recipe yesterday that called for 'tamari' as one of the ingredients and she was shocked I didn't know what it was cause she says it's a Japanese soy sauce and I ought to know that!
honeymouse SG Oh... is today your day off? Did you buy any new books at Borders? My hubby and I had another steam boat last night to finish off the left over food (mainly prawns and bak choy).... yum...
Rhonda SG Wah! I love prawns! Esp the big, fat, juicy ones! Steamboat on the 2nd day usually tastes so much better! Yeah, I bought new books. Went in telling myself, "See only! No buy!!" but stepped out with purchases. Bought one Lonely Planet book on Seoul because all Lonely Planet guides were on 25% discount! And there's this little handbook, "Top 100 Immunity Boosters" that I was searching for that happened to be there, so I had to get that too! I also saw Vol. I of the manga, Bizenghast there! It costs slightly upwards of A$20 though, so I had to give that a miss for now.
the Bear SG and i thought a tamari was a monster you reared in a tamagochi which looks like a calamari anyway, new tamagochi thingy = virtual human!
honeymouse SG Did you eat much of the prawns on Sat? The prawns I bought were not the big fat ones though... Yes, it did taste better the next day with the left over soup. Yum. Do you like watching those Japanese Anime by Hayao Miyazaki? I have got a few of the DVD (including Kiki's delivery service, The Cat returns etc) so feel free to borrow them if you are interested. So, it looks like someone is planning to visit Korea now??
the Bear SG you know about the virtual human thing? suicide will suddenly become an option if the virtual human has a better life than yourself
Rhonda SG My virtual humans in The Sims ALWAYS lead a better life than me! ... and I'm still very much alive and kicking!!
Rhonda SG I've watched Spirited Away more than five times liao! I loved that better than the other Miyazaki animes I've watched. There was this complete collection in the Chinatown DVD shop that I was eyeing and just when I went to purchase it, it was sold!! It was his entire anime collection for A$95.
Rhonda SG Think tomorrow, I shall wander back to The Jam Factory and watch GhostRider! Have you guys watched it? I know elindra did. Did y'all like it?
honeymouse SG Never mind, I am sure you'll find it somewhere again. Have you looked at JB Hifi? They sell it there too. My favourite is my neighbour Totoro.
Rhonda SG Their collection of Asian stuff isn't as extensive. Nevermind... don't have also won't die!
elindra SG It is strangely creepy but everytime Rhonda walks into Club 30's My boss walks in as well and I have to leave my desk Anyway AV brought out the evilness in my frog It's so cute and adorable but he made it look like a monster
Rhonda SG No wonder everytime I walk in, you only post once or twice, then silence! Why am I so unlucky one? Actually, your frog kinda scares me because it looks as if someone has skinned it alive!
